Our mission is to provide our customers with high quality beef that they can happily serve to their family and friends. From steaks and burgers on the grill to a roast on Sunday after church, we want to be your source for beef. Our Angus cattle are raised on locally grown grain and hay, and are free from hormones and antibiotics. Angus genetics and quality feed are a proven combination when it comes to producing flavorful beef. Beginning in 2021, we will begin to offer American Wagyu, which is a cross between Wagyu and either Angus or Hereford. This crossing produces highly marbled beef, but not overpowering as some people feel about pure Wagyu.
